PROGRAMS
BOXING
This is not a "boxercise" class, this is the real deal. You'll learn the sweet science of boxing putting together combinations but also learn how to defend yourself by hitting the bag, pads, and sparring. Utilizing a mix of strength and conditioning, HIIT training, and a focus on cardio, you'll be in fighting shape!
MUAY THAI
Often referred to as the art of 8 limbs, in Muay Thai you punch, kick, knee, and elbow your opponent. Different from boxing, you will also learn how to fight in the clinch "Thai" style. Your flexibility, balance, and agility will improve but most importantly, you will utilize your entire body as a weapon!
